What’s included, how a first visit works, and what to expect from us.

Everything in a regular clean, plus baseboards and door frames, blinds and light switches, scale and lime removed in bathrooms, and behind and under accessible furniture. Washing walls, carpet steam cleaning and moving heavy furniture aren’t included.
What’s the difference between a deep clean and a regular clean?
A regular clean keeps a home at its standard. A deep clean gets it there — the corners, edges and build-up that collect over months. Every first visit with us is a deep clean, and many clients add one each season.
How much does house cleaning cost?
It depends on the size of your home and the service you choose. We price every clean as a flat amount, agreed before we start, so there are no surprises on the invoice. Call or text us, or book online, and we’ll give you your price.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. We bring all the products and equipment we need, every visit. If there’s something you’d like us to use — or avoid — in your home, just tell us.
Are you insured?
Yes. Reyna & Shine carries general liability insurance. We’re happy to share proof of insurance with you or your property manager.
